Assembly & Installation

Arcade Game Assembly in Littleton, CO

Arcade game assembly in Littleton, CO for stand-up, cocktail and boxed arcade cabinets with cabinet, control, electronic and placement setup.

Arcade Cabinets Covered

This service covers boxed stand-up cabinets, cocktail-table arcade units and similar customer-supplied arcade games that require cabinet assembly, control-panel attachment or final setup. Some arrive as flat-pack panels, while others are mostly built and only need legs, a control deck or upper section attached.

Pinball machines and sports/game tables have separate services because their weight, leveling and mechanical systems differ. The arcade service stays focused on cabinets, controls, displays and external electronic connections.

Before the Box Is Opened

Check the final room and access route first. A completed cabinet can be much wider and taller than the shipping carton, and stairs or tight turns may become difficult after side panels and control decks are attached.

Keep all labeled hardware and cable bags with the unit. If the cabinet includes a monitor or display panel, protect that component while the frame is being assembled. Visible shipping damage should be documented before panels are tightened around a distorted part.

Cabinet & Control-Deck Assembly

Flat-pack cabinets should be built square so doors, bezels and control panels align correctly. Side panels, crosspieces and back panels often determine the final rigidity of the unit and should be installed in the order shown in the manual.

Control decks may include buttons, joysticks or prewired harnesses. Those components should connect to the intended ports without pulling on wires. If the deck does not seat normally, recheck panel orientation before forcing screws into misaligned holes.

Electronics and Power Setup

External harnesses, monitor cables, speakers and power leads can be connected as part of normal product assembly. Cables should be routed away from sharp panel edges and fasteners so closing the cabinet does not pinch them.

Assembly does not include board-level repair, software modification or troubleshooting failed internal electronics beyond a normal startup check. If a new cabinet shows a fault after correct assembly, record the symptom and use the product's support process.

Placement & Stability

The cabinet should sit level enough that doors and controls operate normally and should not rock during ordinary use. Some tall units include wall restraints or anti-tip hardware; those should be considered if the manufacturer specifies them.

Leave ventilation openings unobstructed and allow enough room around control panels for players. The final check confirms stable assembly and basic power-up, not a commercial arcade safety certification.
